Sunsun HW-603B - External Canister Filter

The Sunsun HW-603B is an external canister filter that sits outside the aquarium, usually in the stand, and pushes filtered water back through the tank. Its multiple media baskets hold sponge, ceramic and carbon so you can tailor the filtration to your tank. It is a popular choice for medium and large freshwater and planted aquariums.

Features

• External canister design - no equipment inside the tank
• Multi-stage filtration: mechanical, biological and chemical
• Large media capacity for better water quality
• Quiet operation with a reliable motor
• Includes tubing and accessories needed for installation
• Suitable for freshwater and planted aquariums

How to Use

• Fill the canister with media in the order recommended, prime the pump and connect the hoses to the tank
• Clean the sponge and media every 1-2 months in old tank water
• Check the O-ring and clamps for leaks during installation
