1. Processing and Handling
Processing Time
- Orders delivered within 4–5 Working days, subject to fish/plant availability.
- No processing on weekends or holidays.
- Minimum 1–2 days handling time for livestock (Wednesday–Sunday orders).
- Orders cannot be shipped same-day; 24-hour notice required for adjustments.
Possible Delays
During peak periods, slight delays may occur. We’ll notify you via WhatsApp or phone (+91-7907837016) for significant delays.
2. Shipping Methods & Charges
Courier Partners
- DTDC, The Professional Courier, ST Courier, Shree Maruti Courier, Bluedart.
- Chosen based on location and shipment needs.
Shipping Charges
- Regular Products: ₹100 base charge + ₹10 per additional item.
- Livestock (Within Kerala): ₹ 90 base charge | 2 items ₹ 180 | 4 items ₹ 250 | 6 items ₹ 300 | 8 items ₹ 360.
- Livestock (Outside Kerala): ₹ 90 base charge | 2 items ₹ 180 | 4 items ₹ 270 | 6 items ₹ 360 | 8 items ₹ 450.
- Live Plants (Outside Kerala): ₹ 90 base charge | 6 items ₹ 180 | 10 items ₹ 250 | 14 items ₹ 360.
- Charges may vary based on courier availability and distance.
- To ensure your fishes and products reach safely and securely, we use high-quality packing materials: carton box ₹70 & thermocol box ₹190
- Packaging is selected based on the type of product, weather, and delivery distance to ensure safe, temperature-controlled transit.
- Free shipping on orders above ₹20000.
3. Shipping Schedule & Transit
- Shipping Monday–Wednesday (excluding national and regional holidays).
- Thursday–Saturday orders shipped the following Monday–Wednesday.
- Transit Times:
- Bangalore, Chennai, Kerala: Next working day after shipment.
- Hyderabad: 2nd working day after shipment.
- Mumbai, Goa: 3rd working day after shipment.
- Other cities: 3–5 working days.
- Livestock shipped in double-bagged, oxygen-filled bags in insulated Styrofoam carton box / thermocol boxes.
- 100% Live on Arrival Guarantee for all livestock.
4. Order Dispatch & Tracking
- Order status updates to “Processed” upon dispatch, then “Shipped” once tracking is active (6–10 hours).
- Tracking details sent via email/WhatsApp with courier name and link (active within 12 hours).
- Customers must track parcels and ensure timely delivery; report delays within 2 working days.
- Home delivery preferred; some areas may require pickup from courier hub, especially for livestock.
- No payment required at delivery (all parcels prepaid).
- Incorrect address/phone may result in parcel return; no refunds/replacements in such cases.
- If there is any delay happend by the shipping carrier, or if the carrier refuses to deliver in your doorsteps or nearest location, we strongly recommend that you collect the parcel directly from the courier's office.
5. Hot Deals Shipping Terms
- Methods: Railway Parcel Service (collect at station) or Air Cargo (collect at airport from Cochin International Airport, COK).
- Restrictions: Railway parcels only to stations with parcel services and 5-minute train stops; air cargo limited to direct flights.
- Processing: Minimum 1 week, based on product availability and schedules.
- No Home Delivery: Customers must collect parcels in person.
- Communication: Stay in contact for order updates.
